AYIDE was established in 2014 by few concerned youths from Namandanje community to promote inclusive youth development in the district towards rural poverty alleviation.
Over the years, AYIDE has been working well with Machinga district assembly and other organizations based in the districts.
Through the implementation of its small scale projects, AYIDE has transformed lives of marginalised rural children, girls and boys in Namandanje in Machinga district. Being a youth led organisation, AYIDE has a very grave concern on the recent abduction and killing of albinos that has just developed in our country (Malawi).
AYIDE wants the sensitization campaign in the district to be carried out so that leaders and duty bearers be engaged to ensure that there is total protection against right to life of persons with albinism.
